We want your help and so do the kids!
All CYLA coaches must be USA Lacrosse certified. All must also complete the ABUSE PREVENTION COURSE and BACKGROUND CHECK. CYLA also strongly encourages the study of the Positive Coaching Alliance's (PCA) curriculum. PCA's vision is a world where every young person benefits from a positive youth sports experience with a coach who inspires them to become the best version of themselves in the game and in life.
